Q1: What are the dimensions of the picture light?

A1: The light bar is 16 inches long and 1.18 inches wide. It's suggest to works best with artwork 16 inches above or larger.

Q2: What if my package is missing parts (like the magnetic ball or remote)?

A2: If anything's missing, let us know immediately! We'll ship replacements right away so you can set up your light without delay.

Q3: Why won't the picture light stay level ?

A3: Always test the magnetic strength before installation. If it feels weak or unstable, reach out ASAP so we can fix it. No shaky lights allowed!

Q4: Why isn't my remote working?

A4:  Did you remove the plastic insulation strip inside the remote? Pop that thin plastic tab out first.

Pro tip: This is different from regular battery tabs! Look for a clear plastic slip.

Q5: Can I adjust the light angle?

A5: Absolutely! Just slightly twist the light bar which allows you to swivel the light up to 290° - perfect for highlighting every brushstroke.
