  3. Any photos/videos you send to customer service or product reviews grant us perpetual non-exclusive rights for marketing and social media use, with no additional fees.

3. Product, Pricing & Payment Rules

  1. Listed prices exclude destination import duties, VAT, customs clearance fees and import charges. All cross-border taxes shall be borne solely by buyers upon checkout.
  2. Minor price display errors caused by exchange rate fluctuations or system delay are subject to correction. We may cancel abnormal-priced orders with full refunds without extra compensation.
  3. We accept credit cards, PayPal and other third-party gateways. Payment details are encrypted by payment providers; we do not store full card data. Contact payment support first for payment disputes.
  4. Orders lock inventory after successful payment. If items are out of stock, we will contact you to arrange exchange or full refund.

4. Shipping, Return & Refund Shipping Fee Policy

4.1 Shipping Liability

  • Standard processing time: 1–5 business days after payment. International delivery takes 7-10 days. Delays from holidays or customs inspection do not qualify for full compensation without valid defects.
  • For lost or damaged parcels in transit: buyers must provide shipping receipts and damage photos to file claims with logistics providers. We will supply shipment proof but take no responsibility for third-party logistics losses.

4.2 Return Shipping Fee Allocation

(1) Seller’s Liability (We cover all return shipping fees)

Applicable for factory defects, transit damage, wrong/missing items, severe mismatch between listing and received goods, functional breakdowns. After you submit clear photo/video evidence, we provide a free prepaid return label. No upfront shipping cost for buyers. Full product payment and return shipping fees will be refunded after we inspect the returned package.

(2) Buyer’s Personal Reasons (Buyer covers all shipping costs)

Returns due to improper size, color difference, dislike, impulsive purchase or unneeded items. All round-trip international shipping, duties and clearance fees are the buyer’s responsibility. Standard return shipping cost can be deducted from your refund amount with no hidden restocking fees.

4.3 Return Eligibility Rules

  1. General items can be returned within 30 days after delivery. Returned goods must be unused, complete with original packaging, tags and accessories, free of scratches or stains and resalable; otherwise refunds will be rejected.
  2. Final sale clearance goods, custom engraved products, personal hygiene items and disposable supplies cannot be returned without manufacturing defects.
  3. All returns require prior approval from support with an authorized return address. Unauthorized returns sent to wrong addresses will be refused and denied refunds.

  3. We shall not be liable for unfulfilled orders caused by force majeure (natural disasters, war, customs policy changes, logistics strikes). We only offer full refunds with no additional compensation.
  4. We take no joint liability for the service quality or security of third-party links, payment gateways and logistics carriers.

7. Dispute Resolution

  1. All transaction disputes shall first be resolved via our online support, with a 24-hour response window.
  2. The maximum compensation limit for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the relevant order.
