1. Order Processing Time
All orders will be processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends, public holidays or sales peak periods will be shipped on the next working day.
- High order volume during holidays or promotions may extend processing time by 1–3 days, we will send email notifications for delayed orders.
- Processing time does NOT include shipping transit time.
2. Shipping Methods & Transit Time
- Domestic US Shipping (For US local warehouse only).
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days.
- Free Shipping for orders.
3. Tracking Information
Once your parcel is dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking number and tracking link within 24 hours.
- Tracking updates may take 2–5 working days to sync after shipment.
- If no tracking updates for over 10 days, please contact our customer service.
4. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
We ship on DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) terms:
- All import customs duties, VAT, clearance fees and local taxes at destination country are the buyer’s sole responsibility.
- Customs authorities randomly inspect packages, tax rates depend on local customs rules and commodity HS code.
- If buyer refuses to pay duties and rejects the package upon delivery:
- The parcel will be returned to origin with high return freight cost deducted from your refund.
- We reserve the right to charge return shipping fee and processing fee from your original payment.
- For DDP tax-included shipping (if you offer): All import taxes are pre-collected at checkout, no extra fee on delivery.
5. Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages
- Lost Package: Please wait at least 30 business days after shipment before filing a missing package claim. We will assist to open an investigation with carrier. Refund or reshipment will be arranged after carrier confirms loss.
- Stolen Package: Once tracking shows “delivered”, we are not liable for theft at delivery address. We recommend using secure delivery address or mailbox.
- Damaged Goods: Take clear photos of damaged items and outer package within 48 hours after receiving, send to our support for replacement or partial refund.
6. Address Modification & Failed Delivery
- Address changes are only allowed before order shipment; extra address correction fee may apply.
- Incorrect, incomplete or undeliverable address caused return, all return shipping costs shall be borne by the buyer.
7. Shipping for Returns & Exchanges
Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees unless the error is caused by our side (wrong item, defective product). Return address will be provided by support ticket only.
